A beautiful apartment in a historical building built in the 1700's with some lake views, located in the center of Lenno, one of the nicest towns of the central lake area. The property has been renovated and is well furnished with one bedroom, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with terrace and two bathrooms. In a beautiful location and very comfortable (the lake is 3 minutes away by foot, catch a boat and visit the famous Villa Balbianello). Parking is in a small side road very close to the apartment.
Lenno is the oldest village on Lake Como and gets its name from the Greek Island of Lemnos, where the first inhabitants came from to populate this area. It is a 35 min. (25km) drive from the city of Como with its classy shops, boutiques and the famous street market, or a short trip in the hydrofoil, which stops regularly in the harbour of Lenno.
